Abstract

The research aims to find out the effect of service quality and education cost on students’ satisfaction at SMA Al Azhar Mandiri Palu. This was a descriptive causal research involving 145 respondents with survey method. Based on the testing result using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that: (1) Service quality positively and significantly affect students’ satisfaction at SMA Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu., 2) Education cost positively and significantly affect students’ satisfaction at SMA Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu, 3)Education cost and service quality positively and significantly affect students’ satisfaction at SMA Al-Azhar Mandiri Palu.
